How to Submit the Essay
You will need to submit two documents as attachments to your email sent to:
office@onefoundation.org.

he Entry/ Assignment of Permission Form filled out on our website by accessing
this link .
- Your final essay in MS Word. In this document please include only your name at the very top of the first page.
The email submission should look like the following example:
To: office@onefoundation.org
Subject: "Chiropractic and the Biopsychosocial Model" Essay
From: email of sender
Attached:
-
Your essay attached as an MS Word document.
- Your completed copies of the Entry/Assignment of Permission Forms as an MS Word document.
Body of message:
First name, middle initial, and last name of the author, with highest academic degree
Identification as Faculty or Student
Institutional affiliation
The title of the essay (concise, but informative). Try to include all information in
the title that will make electronic retrieval of the article both sensitive and specific.
A short description of the essay consisting of approximately two sentences and of no more than 40 words.
The word count for the text (word count excludes the short description, and references).
Please submit the two MS Word Documents
1. Your essay and 2. the document (you created by cutting and pasting the Entry/ Assignment
of Permission Form from our website) as attachments. Please do NOT place them in the body of
the email.
- Please put your name only at the very top of the first page of your essay. When your essay is sent to the judges a number will be substituted for your name and a .PDF copy will be made and sent to the judges in order that we can insure a blind review regarding both contestants' personal identities and institutional affiliation. |
Because of the large volume of entries, submissions that do not follow these guidelines can not be accepted.
